Thinking of booking your bespoke wedding flowers with us? Below is a guide to our booking service and what you should expect from us.
Once we’ve got your initial details through our Contact Form we will check and confirm our availability for your date and arrange an initial consultation.
We provide a personal service so we can share ideas and discuss the details with you. We will talk about budgets and how we can best make it work for you. We will create a design board to reflect your style and theme and can create sample pieces at your cost.
We will follow up your consultation with a proposal. If you choose to book we will email you a full contract which you will need to sign and return along with a deposit to secure your booking.
FINAL PAYMENT & LOGISTICAL CHECKS
4-6 weeks before your event we will arrange a final meeting to finalise all the details. This includes details of vendors, timelines and schedules as well as our delivery setup and collection plans. We have a £10m public liability insuance which will be provided to the venue along with risk assessments for the event date. This will be the last opportunity for the florals and decor to be tweaked. You will then need to make the final payment
We will arrive in plenty of time to install your florals and decor. Because of all the planning we have done beforehand, our setup will be executed in a relaxed and timely manner. Our staff will ensure that each bloom is in place for your photographer and videographer to capture and for your guests to admire when you have the big reveal.
