Wedding Floral Trends for 2020 weddings

Wedding Flower Trends for 2020

For years and years couples look for the perfect and on-trend wedding that is super stylish with an abundance of flowers.  For 2020 couples are beginning to change their views and making a more conscious choice which impacts the environment we live in. We can still deliver a luxury, style-led wedding whilst being sustainable and eco-friendly.

Eco-friendly weddings are becoming increasingly popular. Couples are not only looking at having insta-ready weddings but also looking to reflect their values through the impact on the environment. We fully support this and always exploring ways to achieve this whilst creating romantic glamorous and inst-ready events.

We are already do this through sourcing fresh local-grown and high quality seasonal flowers which help reduce our carbon footprint. Our customers are also guided and encouraged to only order what they really need and what can be repurposed after or during the events. So reducing waste, reusing and recycling flowers and sundries is a big factor for us.

Couples are choosing to have fewer flowers therefore reducing cost and waste whilst still making a statement. We love creating designs like this especially for the taller centrepieces which we fill with fluffy hydrangea, peonies and dahlias.  Using bigger flowers with foliage fills a larger space easily and whilst making that statement for your insta-ready wedding.

With Pantone’s colour of the year 2020 set at Classic Blue which reflects the eco-friendly tone we would predict and increase in more natural looking floral arrangements. We love using greenery that is scented and fragrant that gives an abundance of scent.

We also believe 2020 is going to be all about use of different colour palettes.  We are looking forward to using our creativity to design unique and sophisticated designs.

Personalisation plays a large part in our work with monograms being placed on vessels and vases and this then being transferred to other products on the day such as dancefloors, favours and cakes.  You can also personalise using scents that you have grown up with which we can incorporate into your florals.  A big one is the use of Jasmin which smells amazingly fragarant and is popular amongst for asian weddings and events.
